Privacy Policy

Last updated July 3, 2026

Sitewright ("we," "us") builds websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use sitewright.org or work with us, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact or audit-request form on this site, we collect the name, business name, email address, and message you provide. This is sent to us through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, and lands in our email inbox.

If you purchase a website package, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details — Stripe's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate, anonymized traffic patterns (like page views and general location by country). It does not use cookies or track you individually across other sites.

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Third parties

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business: Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and client records as long as needed to provide our services and meet basic accounting/legal requirements, then delete them on request.

Your choices

Email us at sitewrightco@gmail.com to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it.
